Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Extensive experience in leading major infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MX, GIS software, and hydraulic modeling tools.
- Deep understanding of geotechnical engineering, transportation engineering, water resources engineering, and structural principles.
