Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning with a specialization in Sustainable Design.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on sustainable urban development and large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in green building certifications (e.g., LEED AP, BREEAM).
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and simulation tools (e.g., energy modeling software).
