Your responsibilities will include leading design teams, mentoring junior architects, and collaborating with clients, engineers, and city planners to translate vision into reality. You will conduct site analyses, develop master plans, and create detailed architectural drawings and specifications. A strong emphasis will be placed on integrating renewable energy systems, optimizing water usage, and promoting biodiversity within urban landscapes. You will also be tasked with staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in sustainable architecture and urbanism, and advocating for their adoption. Budget management, project scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations are also key aspects of this role. The ability to present complex design concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders is essential.
We are seeking candidates with a Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on sustainable and urban projects. Professional licensure (e.g., ARB/RIBA or equivalent) is required. Exceptional proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and rendering programs, is mandatory. Experience with life cycle assessment tools and energy modeling software is highly advantageous. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, enabling effective remote team management and client engagement.
