You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user requirements into compelling visual designs. This includes conducting usability testing, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to optimize user flows and overall experience. This is a remote-first position, demanding excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to remote teams. You should be adept at working independently, managing multiple design projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement design solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends and technologies.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI design skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience with front-end development concepts is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
