  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical power systems design.
  • Proven experience with power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, power system theory, and protective relaying.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience with renewable energy integration or smart grid technologies is a plus.
  • Awareness of the power infrastructure landscape in the Eldoret, Uasin Gishu, KE region or its virtual equivalent.
