You will lead data collection efforts, perform in-depth statistical analysis, and create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of industrial processes. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence by providing actionable insights and supporting data-informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing industrial production and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  • Creating dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conducting root cause analysis for operational issues and proposing corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
  • Mentoring junior analysts and guiding their analytical approaches.
  • Researching and recommending new analytical tools and techniques.
  • Presenting complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout all analyses.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in industrial operations analysis, process improvement, or a similar analytical role is required. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and process simulation is essential. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role. This is a fully remote position that supports our operations near **Malindi, Kilifi, KE**.
