Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations, including production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation.

- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).

- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure machinery is operating optimally, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product consistency and defect reduction.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, key metrics, and operational challenges for management.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all personnel.
- Facilitate effective communication between shifts and departments.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new manufacturing technologies.
- Drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and enhance overall sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing production lines and teams in a manufacturing plant setting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and optimize operational costs.
- Experience working in a remote supervisory capacity is advantageous.
