  • Strong statistical analysis skills and proficiency with research software (e.g., R, SPSS, MATLAB).
  • Demonstrated success in securing research grants and publishing in leading scientific journals.
  • Experience with remote sensing, GIS, and AUVs for ecological research.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and foster collaboration within a remote team.
  • Commitment to advancing marine conservation through rigorous scientific inquiry.
