  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management and logistics.
  • Proven track record of successfully optimizing supply chain operations and reducing costs.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation best practices.
  • Experience with supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a remote team.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM are highly regarded.
