  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of successful process improvement projects and implementations.
  • Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Strong knowledge of automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration.
