Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and integration of advanced aviation systems.
  • Define system requirements, specifications, and architectural designs.
  • Oversee the entire system lifecycle, from conception to deployment and support.
  • Manage and mentor a remote team of aviation systems engineers.
  • Conduct system performance analysis, simulation, and testing.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the development process.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and validation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in aviation system design.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in aviation systems engineering, with a focus on remote leadership.
