Key Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on managing Agile/Scrum software development projects.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
- Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
