Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A transactions from origination through closing, including identifying target companies, structuring deals, and managing the due diligence process.

- Deep understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring junior professionals.
