Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and control for various projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical design engineering, with a strong focus on power systems.
- Proven experience in leading design teams and managing electrical engineering projects.
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E).
- In-depth understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Experience in renewable energy systems or industrial automation is highly desirable.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
