- In-depth knowledge of internal combustion engines, vehicle electrical systems, transmission systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues remotely.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information to technicians with varying levels of expertise.
- Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE certifications) are highly preferred.
- Experience with remote support tools and platforms is a plus.
