Responsibilities:

- Proven experience leading engineering teams and projects.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).
- Expertise in diagnostic standards (e.g., UDS, OBD-II).
- Experience with diagnostic tools and software (e.g., Vector CANoe, P-CAN, DaVinci).
- Strong programming skills in languages like C/C++, Python, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in debugging complex embedded systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, are essential for effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in a lead or supervisory role is preferred. You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
