Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Lead Agronomist located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work from home flexibility. The Lead Agronomist will be responsible for providing expert advice on crop production and soil management, developing and implementing irrigation strategies, conducting research on plant nutrition, and helping farmers to optimize agricultural practices for improved yield and sustainability. The role includes field visits, data analysis, and training farmers on best practices.
