- 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation best practices.
- Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM, Manhattan Associates).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, especially in a remote setting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
