- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Food Science, Biology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial sanitation, hygiene management, or a related role, with a strong focus on compliance and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing detailed sanitation SOPs.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, HACCP principles if applicable).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills, with demonstrated success in managing remote teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
