- Expertise in power electronics, renewable energy integration, motor drives, or battery management systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and leading technical teams.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
