Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with a strong focus on talent strategy to join their growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and driving talent management best practices. Your responsibilities will include talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and fostering a positive employee relations environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring it has the talent necessary for future success.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters, with a focus on talent strategy.
- Partner with business units to understand their talent needs and develop targeted HR solutions.
- Oversee and enhance talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement effective performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy interpretation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts related to HR programs and organizational shifts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant focus on HR Business Partnering and Talent Management.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing talent strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Experience working effectively with senior leadership teams.
- Ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and regulations is preferred.
