Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Google Ads Specialist at TUMA, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting keyword research, creating ad copy, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI. You will collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall business goals and contribute to the growth of our user base.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns.
- Must be an individual consultant (not a company).
- Certified with at least one of the following:
- Google Ads Search Certification
- Google Ads Display Certification
- Google Ads Video Certification
- Google Ads Measurement Certification
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Proven understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to drive organic
- growth.
- Data-driven thinker with a proven track record of improving CTR, CPC, ROAS, and app
- conversions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
