  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the geothermal energy sector, with significant project leadership roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of geothermal reservoir engineering, drilling technologies, and power plant systems.
  • Proven experience in project management, from concept to commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of geological and geophysical exploration techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant simulation software (e.g., TOUGH2, EGS Tools).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead remote, multidisciplinary teams effectively.
