Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Recreation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination, fitness instruction, or sports coaching.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering online fitness or sports programs.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), virtual fitness software, and content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative approach to program design and delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote schedule.
  • Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM) are highly desirable.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and promoting active lifestyles.
