- Master's degree or PhD in Entomology, Plant Pathology, Agronomy, Weed Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in crop protection research and development.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
- Proven experience in designing and executing field trials.
- Strong knowledge of crop physiology, pest biology, and disease cycles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a laboratory and field environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes for crop protection products.
