Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of subsea oil and gas projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Oversee the engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) activities for subsea facilities.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, geoscientists, construction personnel, and contractors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and vendors, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, performance, and key milestones, reporting to senior management.
- Manage contracts and procurements related to project execution.

- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., PMI, Prince2).
- Demonstrated ability in risk management, cost control, and contract negotiation.
- Exceptive leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with the regulatory framework governing offshore operations in Kenya is a plus.
