They are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional engineers, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and civil engineers. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from understanding complex technical requirements with hiring managers to sourcing candidates, conducting technical screenings, facilitating interviews, and closing offers. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the engineering job market, familiarity with technical jargon, and proven success in recruiting for niche engineering roles. You must be proficient in utilizing various sourcing tools and methodologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search strings, professional networks, and niche job boards. Building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers is paramount. This is a remote-first position, requiring a self-motivated individual who can manage their time effectively, work autonomously, and communicate exceptionally well through virtual channels. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding challenging placement targets and contributing to the expansion of our client's engineering recruitment division. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with a focus on engineering disciplines, is required. Strong negotiation and influencing skills are essential.
