A strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus), and statistical analysis is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are required. You must be adept at communicating complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
