Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual and long-term fundraising plans to meet organizational goals.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with major individual donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors.

- Plan and execute successful fundraising campaigns, events, and appeals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising, with a proven track record of success in major gifts, grants, and campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful fundraising strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proposal and report writing abilities.
- Proficiency in donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment.
