UI/UX Designer
to join our team on a
fixed-term, project-based engagement
.This role is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful digital design projects where your expertise will directly shape user experiences.While the initial contract is project-based, exceptional performance may open the door to a permanent position within our team.
You'll take the lead in driving projects from concept to completion starting with client briefs all the way to final delivery. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to uncover requirements, design effective solutions, and guide developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages. No two projects are the same, so expect a mix of challenges, creativity, and leadership opportunities. You'll also have the chance to shape the design process while keeping projects on track, on time, and within budget. What are you expected to do?
Working autonomously or in collaboration with the Head of UX & Design:
- Ability to take a brief from client and take them through:
○ User flows
○ Wireframing
○ Design
- Dissect client briefs to work out requirements and spec out design solutions for developers to implement.
- Lead the creation of wireframes, low and high fidelity desktop and mobile prototypes for a variety of clients.
- Ability to have educated UX discussions with clients and stakeholders, justify and articulate design decisions.clients and stakeholders.

- Work with the front-end development team to handover designs and test completed products.

You'll Be a Great Fit If
- You have at least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year leading projects from start to finish.
You have an expert-level skills in Figma, including:
Preparing designs for handover to developers.
Creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design.
You have a good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- You have familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes.
- You have experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps.
- You are skilled in creating designs that look great and work well on any device (mobile, tablet, desktop).
- You are confident in suggesting new ideas and improving how things are done.
- You have a great time management and staying organized.
- You are passionate about design and ready to show it.
- You have strong communication skills—you know how to explain your ideas clearly to different types of people,with the ability to interact confidently with clients and development teams.

This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. What happens after you submit your application?
The Whole Process Takes Around 4 Weeks
- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
