Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive AI ethics policies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Advise engineering and product teams on fairness, accountability, transparency, and privacy in AI design and development.
- Monitor and analyze emerging AI ethical issues, regulatory landscapes, and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, Data Science, or Public Policy, with a specialization in AI or technology ethics.
- 3-5 years of experience in AI ethics, technology policy, or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML concepts and their ethical implications.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks concerning AI and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ethical and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in policy development and stakeholder engagement.
