  • Perform system modeling, simulation, and performance analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams in a virtual environment.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
  • Support system validation and verification activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in aircraft systems engineering.
  • Proficiency in systems engineering software, simulation tools, and CAD.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical, mechanical, and avionics systems.
  • Experience with DO-178C/DO-254 standards is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for virtual team environments.
