- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage the entire procurement lifecycle.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and supplier information.

- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and inventory levels.
- Contribute to the development of long-term supply chain strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and sourcing.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and demand forecasting.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of international trade and logistics is a plus.
- CIPS or equivalent certification is advantageous.
