Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation, to identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy, reduce carrying costs, and enhance order fulfillment rates.
- Optimize logistics networks, including carrier selection, route planning, and freight cost management.
- Utilize data analytics and supply chain modeling tools to forecast demand, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, sales, manufacturing) and external partners (suppliers, carriers) to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Implement and manage supply chain technologies and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) to enhance visibility and efficiency.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain performance, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing sustainability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management and logistics.
- Train and mentor junior supply chain professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with a focus on optimization and analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing supply chain improvements that resulted in cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation principles.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) are highly regarded.

- Manage relationships with key logistics providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance standards are met.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics and supply chain management.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain performance and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with supply chain planning and execution software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing supply chain optimization initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Excellent understanding of global trade, customs regulations, and international logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
