You will leverage your deep understanding of the tech landscape, advanced sourcing techniques, and a consultative approach to partner effectively with hiring managers and clients. - Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the closing of candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
- Stay abreast of current technology trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting for various technology disciplines (e.g., software development, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity).
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search logic and advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively independently in a remote setting.
