Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably within a consultancy.

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
