Our client is actively seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in Tech & AI to join their entirely remote recruitment consultancy team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent within the competitive technology and artificial intelligence sectors. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding complex technical requirements and developing sourcing strategies to conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and facilitating the offer process. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, including areas like software engineering, data science, machine learning, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Proven experience in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS) to identify passive and active candidates is essential. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance on market trends and recruitment best practices. As a senior member of the team, you will also contribute to mentoring junior recruiters and refining recruitment processes. This fully remote position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and outstanding communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and candidates across different geographies.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong focus on the technology and AI sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Cybersecurity Specialists.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple priorities.
