This role is critical in sourcing and securing highly specialized technical talent for a diverse range of clients. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on identifying, attracting, and engaging niche professionals within various technology domains. This includes developing sophisticated sourcing strategies, building strong candidate relationships, and expertly assessing technical skills and cultural fit. You will leverage a variety of tools and platforms, including advanced search techniques, professional networking sites, and industry-specific forums, to identify passive candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and organizational needs, screening candidates, coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate feedback, and extending offers. You will also be responsible for staying current with market trends, providing valuable insights to clients regarding talent availability and compensation, and contributing to the development of our employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven ability to recruit for complex and in-demand roles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical recruiting, excellent candidate assessment abilities, and a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
