The Senior Technical Recruiter will conduct in-depth technical screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the process. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in technical recruiting, with a specialized focus on AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or related fields. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be adept at utilizing various recruiting tools and technologies, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other specialized sourcing platforms. The ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment is paramount. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of specialized technical recruiting experience, is required. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage recruitment processes from requisition intake to offer negotiation, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
