Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers across various tech and engineering domains to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for highly specialized roles, utilizing a wide range of tools and platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical qualifications and cultural fit for our client's partner companies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition and candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters.
- Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the tech and engineering sectors.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies efficiently.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the client's partner companies at virtual career fairs and industry events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members as needed.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion principles are integrated into all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a significant focus on technology and engineering roles.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring niche or hard-to-fill positions.
- Expertise in utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networks, and niche job boards.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends within software development, IT infrastructure, data science, and various engineering disciplines.
- Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- A proactive, candidate-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
