Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across various tech and engineering domains to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for highly specialized roles, utilizing a wide range of tools and platforms.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical qualifications and cultural fit for our client's partner companies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a significant focus on technology and engineering roles.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring niche or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Expertise in utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networks, and niche job boards.
