- Proven experience in supply chain network design, inventory optimization, and demand planning.
- Proficiency with supply chain modeling and simulation software (e.g., LLamasoft, AnyLogic, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
- Excellent understanding of WMS, TMS, ERP, and other supply chain technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across different functions and levels.
- Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team setting is essential.
- APICS or other relevant supply chain certifications are a plus.
