Our client, a prestigious hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Revenue Manager to optimize revenue streams across their properties. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to manage complex revenue strategies from any location. You will be responsible for forecasting demand, setting pricing strategies, and managing inventory across all channels to maximize occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, sophisticated analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing comprehensive revenue management strategies for all hotel outlets and services. Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and historical data to forecast demand accurately. Setting room rates, package prices, and promotional offers based on demand, seasonality, and market conditions. Managing inventory and availability across all distribution channels (Online Travel Agencies, GDS, direct bookings). Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives. Preparing regular revenue performance reports and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. Identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization. Staying abreast of new technologies and best practices in revenue management. Ensuring optimal yield management and profitability for all revenue-generating departments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in revenue management within the hotel or hospitality sector. Proven track record of successfully increasing occupancy rates and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and reporting tools. Excellent understanding of distribution channels, yield management principles, and pricing strategies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment. Experience with luxury hotel brands is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management software (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto) and MS Excel are required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders.
