Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute retained executive search assignments for senior leadership roles across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their strategic objectives and talent needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research and identify key talent pools for niche and critical roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and behavioral evaluations.
- Present qualified candidate shortlists to clients, providing comprehensive insights and recommendations.
- Guide clients and candidates through the offer and negotiation process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging talent landscapes.
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the recruitment team, sharing best practices and expertise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client data in the CRM system.
- Ensure a high-touch, professional experience for all clients and candidates throughout the search process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
- Proven success in managing and closing complex, high-stakes search assignments.
- Exceptional networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand diverse industry landscapes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment technology, including ATS/CRM systems and advanced sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote environment.
