- Design and implement supply chain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and onboard new, reliable suppliers through rigorous vetting processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Oversee the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing, with a significant portion managed remotely.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory management techniques.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud) and ERP systems.
- Excellent understanding of global supply chain principles and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
- Experience with risk management in supply chains.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
