Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and growth strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully driving significant revenue growth for e-commerce businesses.
- Extensive experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
