You will provide comprehensive legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, including contract negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. - Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.

- Liaise with external counsel when necessary.
