You will be responsible for developing and executing robust sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding market share within the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the East African market landscape. You will lead efforts in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, both virtually and in person.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Manage regional sales budgets and ensure profitable growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management role within the East African market.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed and work effectively in a hybrid office and remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of the specific industry sector of our client is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Swahili is required; proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage.
