Our client, a leading Recruitment Consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role is essential for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for a diverse range of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, strong interviewing skills, and a proven ability to build effective candidate pipelines. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client consultation to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of active and passive candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in challenging roles.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities, especially in a remote context.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet ambitious targets in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of different industry sectors and their talent requirements is a plus.
