You will play a crucial role in identifying lucrative development opportunities, securing financing, overseeing project execution, and ensuring profitability. Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing diverse real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, market analysis, and investment principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, contractors, and government officials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects in a remote setting.
- Experience with various property types (e.g., residential, commercial, mixed-use) is highly desirable.
