This is a critical, fully remote position responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs aimed at providing essential support and relief to vulnerable communities. - Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in program management within the humanitarian or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and remote teams in challenging environments.
- Strong understanding of humanitarian principles, international development frameworks, and aid delivery mechanisms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
